Therefore, we offer a full, no-hassle satisfaction guarantee within 14 days after you receive the parcel.


Damaged products

If the product is damaged during transit, please contact our customer service and provide photo/video evidence within 14 days of the shipment date. We will deliver a new one at no cost to you.

Please be aware that in some case you need to return the damaged goods before we deliver the new one, and of course the shipment fees are on us.


Products in good condition that I am not satisfied

What if you don’t like it? Or the product is not exactly as you imagined? Or the size does not fit you?

Whatever the reason is, as long as you are not satisfied, we offer full credit refund into your “Store Credit” so that you can choose another product that you love from our shop!

First, please contact our customer service for the request, then deliver the product back to us. After we receive the product and inspected the product as acceptable, we will approve “store credit” to your account. Then you can happily choose another goodie that you love!


The following terms applied:
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping fee when returning the product to us
  • The customer is responsible for any lost or damage of product during shipment
  • The product should be in the same condition as you received. Including the product tags and boxes.
  • Each order is eligible to return the product once only.

  • Fresh Flower
  • Perishables
  • Private or Hygiene goods
  • Dangerous good, such as flammable gas or liquid
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Health or Personal Care goods
  • Any products that is purchased using “Store Credit”
  • Any products that is purchased under discounts
